Track multiple cardio workouts per day including running, walking, cycling, and much more. Each workout appears as a separate file tab. Tabs can be cut, copied, pasted and renamed. On the sample screen above, the ‘Splits…’ button lets you enter and track up to 100 splits per workout, while ‘More…’ displays additional fields. Use the input wizard to enter workouts fast.
