Visualize workouts, nutrition, measurements, and progress on a monthly or yearly calendar on macOS desktop and laptop computers.

View progress by month or year on a full-sized color-coded calendar. Use the ‘Month’ tab to view detailed information by month and ‘Year’ tab for a compressed view of an entire year. Light blue denotes cardio workouts, purple indicates weight training, and dark blue represents both. Visualize days entered and missed, workouts, nutrition, progress, and much more. Click any calendar square to instantly jump to that day in the journal.
