ADDING CUSTOM FOODS

  Back

DESCRIPTION:

Use the "Food Database (Custom Foods)" option under the main "Edit" menu to add your own custom foods to Weightmania. By adding your own foods, you can reduce the time it takes to record meals in the journal. Your custom foods will appear in all searches (including the meal table input wizard), but they are stored separately from the built-in 30,000 food database.

Use the buttons and fields at the bottom to create, modify and delete custom foods. "New" clears the input boxes and lets you enter a new food, and "Add" inserts it into the list above.  When entering a new food, the buttons at the bottom will be disabled (grayed out) until you specify a name in the "Food Name" box.  Select Save on the main tool bar menu to save this database to disk.
