DESCRIPTION:
This tool estimates the calories you need each day, based on your age, weight, height and activity level.
To improve accuracy, this estimate is based on your basal metabolic rate
(BMR). BMR is the number of calories your body burns at rest for an entire
day. Activity levels include sedentary (no exercise), light (light exercise 2-3 days/week), moderate (moderate exercise 3-5 days/week), heavy (heavy exercise
daily) and extremely heavy (extremely heavy exercise daily).
