used will be grayed out and the unit labels for each field will

Gender |
Specifies
your gender, male or female. The formula used to calculate
body fat is different for men and women. Measurement
fields not used will be grayed out.

Height |
Specifies
your height. Enter a value in feet and inches or
centimeters.

Neck
size at narrowest point |
Specifies
the circumference of your neck at the narrowest point. For
men, measure just below the Adam's apple. Enter a value in inches or centimeters.

Waist
size at navel |
Specifies
the circumference of your waist horizontally across your
navel. This value is required for men but grayed out if
the selected gender is female. Enter a value in inches or
centimeters.

Abdomen
at narrowest point |
Specifies
the circumference of your abdomen at the narrowest point.
The narrowest point is generally above the navel and below the
rib cage. This value is required for women but grayed out
if the selected gender is male. Enter a value in inches or
centimeters.

Hip
size at widest point |
Specifies
the circumference of your hips, horizontally, at the widest
point. This value is required for women but grayed out if
the selected gender is male. Enter a value in inches or
centimeters.

Specifies
a fitness rating based on your percentage of body fat.
Values are determined using the table below.
