JOURNAL TOOL - MEDICAL TAB

  Back

DESCRIPTION:

Use the journal "Medical" tab to record sleep, blood pressure, cholesterol, injuries and diabetes related information.  You only need to fill in the fields you want to track.  However the more information you enter, the more analysis you can do later with other tools.  This tab can be cut, copied and pasted to any day in the journal.
