DESCRIPTION:
Use the journal "General" tab to records miscellaneous things that don't fit in
other categories, including weather, planned activities and special
notes. You only need to fill in the fields you want to
track. However the more information you enter, the more analysis you can do
later with other tools. This tab can be cut, copied and pasted to
any day in the journal.
GENERAL TAB FIELDS:
Weather |
Specifies the
weather conditions for this day or during a given
workout. From left to right, there are five choices,
"Sunny", "Partly Sunny", "Cloudy",
"Rain", or "Snow". The first weather type is
always selected by default. Each type is assigned a numeric
value between 1 and 5 so weather can be plotted in the chart tool.
From left to right, "Sunny" is assigned a value of 5 and
"Snow" is 1.

Planned
Activities |
Specifies activities
planned for this day. To enter activities for a future date,
go to a future day in the journal and enter a description
in this field. The activities planned for an entire month
can be shown in the calendar tool. Select the check box on
the right if you want Weightmaniav to remind you of this
activity on startup.

Notes |
Use this field to
record detailed notes for any calendar day. It be used to
record information that does not apply to other tabs. |
