DESCRIPTION:
The cardiovascular workout input wizard helps you enter or modify a cardiovascular
workout. Use this tool to automatically
fill in fields. This tool can dramatically decrease the time it takes to
record workouts.
Start the tool with
the "Input Wizard" button at the bottom of any cardiovascular
workout form. Select a route then fill in the fields below.
If you enter any two fields, the "Calculate" button can be
used to calculate the remaining two. Note: To
properly use this tool, you should create a list of routes using
"Course and Route Manger" under the main "Tools"
menu.
FIELDS & BUTTONS:
Select
Course/Route |
Specifies
the course or route to use. This will automatically fill in
the "Distance" field below. To use this option,
you must define a list of routes using the "Course and
Route" Manager under the main "Tools" menu. |
Distance |
Specifies
the total distance. This field will be automatically be
filled in when you select a route. |
Time |
Specifies the time. This should be entered in the form "HH:MM:SS", where the first box represents hours, the second
minutes and the third seconds. |
Pace |
Specifies the pace. This should be entered in the form "HH:MM:SS", where the first box represents hours, the second
minutes and the third seconds.

Speed |
Specifies the speed. This value cannot be edited.

Calculate |
Calculates
distance, time, pace and speed. For example, to calculate
pace and speed, enter a value for distance and time. Note:
At least two fields must contain a non-zero value before selecting
this button. |
Clear |
Clears
the distance, time, pace and speed fields. |
Apply |
Copies
the information entered to the cardiovascular workout form below.. |
